Filing a DMCA Notice

FPSHQ respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, send a formal DMCA notice to Telegram @denissatoshi.

Required information

Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
3. Identification of the infringing material on FPSHQ (exact URL);
4. Your contact information: name, address, phone, email or Telegram;
5. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized;
6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

Response time: up to 5 business days.

What we do

• Review the claim within 5 business days;
• If valid — remove or disable access to the material within 24 hours of the decision;
• Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable);
• Provide you with confirmation of action taken.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, you can file a counter-notice using the same procedure. The content will be restored within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

False DMCA notices are prosecuted by law. Before sending, make sure you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
