This Privacy Policy governs the processing and protection of personal data of users of the FPSHQ website (the "Site") at fpshq.com. The Policy is drafted in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection law.

IP address (SHA-256 hashed for anti-fraud protection);
User-Agent (browser and device type);
URLs of visited pages, date and time of visit;
Referer — which site you came from;
Cookies — to store the theme, language, and cookie consent.

2.2. Data you provide voluntarily

Name when leaving a comment (a pseudonym is allowed);
PC configuration when leaving a review (optional);
Nickname when using PC Power Test (optional).

We do not request email, phone, passwords or payment data. No registration is required.

3. Why we collect data

Traffic analysis and improving Site functionality (web analytics);
Protection from spam and bots in comments (IP hashing);
One vote/comment per device (anti-fraud);
Interface personalization (theme, language);
Publishing comments and PC Power Test results.

4. How we protect your data

IP addresses are stored only as a SHA-256 hash — the original IP cannot be recovered;
Data is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL/TLS) with TLS 1.2+ encryption;
Hosting on secure servers with DDoS protection;
Regular security updates of the software used.

5. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell and do not share your data with third parties, except:

Web analytics — anonymous visit analytics (cookies, de-identified behavior data);
Upon lawful request of competent authorities under applicable law.

Advertising in our Telegram channels and blog does not use your personal data for targeting.

Request deletion of your comments or PC Power Test results;

8. Children under 14
