1. Acceptance of terms

By using the FPSHQ website (fpshq.com) you agree to all terms of these Rules. If you disagree — stop using the Site.

2. Service description

FPSHQ is an informational and analytical site about PC games and gaming hardware. We provide:

A games database with system requirements and FPS tests;
A GPU and CPU catalog with specs, prices and ratings;
Free tools: FPS calculator, Bottleneck, PC Power Test, Compatibility Radar, etc.;
The ability to comment, rate games/hardware and share results.

All materials are informational and are not a call to action.

3. Usage restrictions

Prohibited:

Posting offensive, discriminatory or extremist content;
Spamming and faking comments or ratings;
Using automated tools to parse the database without written consent;
Creating fake comments on behalf of real people or brands;
Posting links to illegal content (pirated software, cheats, exploits);
Any actions that violate applicable law.

For violations — content removal and IP blocking without warning.

4. Intellectual property

FPSHQ site content (texts, design, calculation formulas, tier lists, ratings) is the property of the authors and is protected by copyright. When quoting — an active link to the source is required.

Game names, GPUs, CPUs, screenshots are the property of their rightful owners and are used under the fair use principle for informational purposes.

5. Accuracy of information

We make efforts to keep all data accurate but do not guarantee 100% accuracy. FPS forecasts are estimates (±8% accuracy in 95% of cases). Hardware prices may change daily. Before buying — check current data in stores.

6. Liability

The FPSHQ administration is not liable for:

Decisions made based on Site data (buying hardware, choosing games);
User comment content (post-factum moderation);
Technical failures, temporary site unavailability;
The actions of third parties via external links.

7. Advertising

The site may carry advertising — banners, native integrations (with a mandatory "Advertising" label), affiliate links to stores. Placing ads does not mean the administration recommends the product. Ad terms are on the Advertising page.

8. Changes to the rules

We reserve the right to change the Rules. For material changes — notification via a banner 30 days in advance.

9. Applicable law

The Rules are governed by the law of the country where the administration is registered. All disputes are resolved through negotiation; if impossible — in the competent court at the administration's place of registration.
