Gaming Score vs Bench Score
The key difference of our processors from other catalogs is the separate gaming_score and bench_score. Gaming Score measures in-game performance with a top GPU at 1080p — to expose a CPU bottleneck. Bench Score measures multi-thread performance in Cinebench R23, Blender, Handbrake, x265 — for content creators and work tasks.
When you need 3D V-Cache
AMD's 3D V-Cache technology is relevant for:
- High-FPS gaming: in Cyberpunk 2077, BF2042, Hogwarts Legacy — +15–25% FPS.
- CPU-bound games: Total War, MS Flight Simulator, Factorio, Stellaris in late game.
