FPSHQ Pro terms

1. Provider

The provider is an individual delivering services over the Internet on fpshq.com (the “Provider”).

2. Subject

The Provider gives the User access to FPSHQ Pro features on fpshq.com and in the FPSHQ app for Windows for the paid period: multiple PCs in the PC Passport, “can it run” verdicts for your whole library, personal graphics settings for every game, unlimited price alerts, instant notifications, full FPS benchmark history, an ad-free site and Pro features in the app.

FPS forecasts, the PC index, your rank among gamers and settings recommendations are calculated by the FPSHQ model using an open methodology (see “Methodology”) and community data. They are estimates, not a guarantee of results on a specific computer.

3. Plans and payment

Current prices are published at /pro/ and depend on your region (CIS countries — Russian rubles, other countries — US dollars). The price is fixed when you place the order.

• “Month” — 30 days of access from payment;
• “Year” — 365 days of access;
• “Lifetime” — access for as long as the FPSHQ Pro service operates; the offer is limited to the first 500 buyers;
• paid days are added to your current period if Pro is already active.

You can pay with the methods available at checkout (bank cards, ERIP/E-POS etc.) or on request: you leave a request, we send payment details and enable Pro once the money arrives. If the charge is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate.

Paying for an order means you accept these terms.

4. Free trial

The free trial gives 7 days of full Pro access without a card. It is available once per account and per device. When it ends, access simply stops — nothing is charged.

5. Renewal

There are no automatic charges: the subscription does not renew by itself. Three days before it ends we send a reminder (Telegram or e-mail, if connected) with a renewal link. If we add auto-renewal in the future, it will only be enabled with your explicit consent and can be turned off in one click.

6. Gifts and invites

An FPSHQ Pro gift code can be activated once within 12 months of purchase, on any account. Codes cannot be exchanged for money.

Invites: if a friend pays for Pro for the first time via your link, you both get +7 days of Pro. This is a bonus in days, not a cash reward, and cannot be exchanged for money.

7. Money-back guarantee

Within 14 days of payment you can cancel Pro and get a full refund — just message us with your order number (PRO-…). No reason needed.

After 14 days, the unused period is refunded if the service cannot be provided through the Provider’s fault (for example, the service is unavailable for more than 3 days in a row).

Money is returned via the original payment method, usually within 10 business days (crediting time depends on the bank). After a refund your Pro period is reduced by the paid period; an unused gift code is cancelled.

8. Data

To run the PC Passport we store your PC configuration, game list and the FPS benchmarks you send from the app. Only anonymised data goes into shared statistics (rank among gamers, benchmark aggregates) — no name, e-mail or IP address.

A public PC card (/pc/…) is created only with your consent and can be switched off at any time; your name is shown only if you allow it.

9. Other

The Provider may change these terms; the new version is published on this page and applies to orders placed after publication. Periods already paid keep their original conditions.
