FPSHQ Lottery rules

Version of 04.10.2026

Important: this is a free promotional game — no entry fee, tickets are not sold. The text is prepared for legal review; before promoting it widely the organizer checks it against the laws of its jurisdiction and of the players' countries.

1. Organizer

The game is organized by the FPSHQ project, owner of fpshq.com (the “Organizer”).

Questions and requests: @denissatoshi

2. Nature of the game

The FPSHQ Lottery (the “Game”) is a free promotional game run to promote fpshq.com. The word “lottery” is used as a marketing name.

Entry is free: players pay no fee, stake or other contribution; tickets are not sold and cannot be bought. The prize fund is provided solely by the Organizer.

The Game runs from 03.10.2026 until the Organizer ends it; this is announced at https://fpshq.com/en/lottery/ at least 7 days in advance. Draws whose list is already frozen are completed.

3. Players

Legally capable individuals aged 18+ (or the age of majority in their country, if higher) who are registered on the site and have connected Telegram may take part. One person — one account and one Telegram.

Players are responsible for making sure free promotional games are not prohibited by the laws of their country. Where they are, participation is not allowed and no prize is awarded.

Employees and contractors of the Organizer with access to the Game administration do not take part.

4. Tickets

A ticket is a numbered record in the grand-draw pool linked to an account. Tickets have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

For visiting the site: 1 ticket(s) per calendar day (Moscow time), if the visit is confirmed as a human visit (the site's analytics beacon and real interaction with the page).

For a repost: 2 ticket(s) per counted repost, at most once a day. A repost counts automatically when a real person comes to the site via the participant’s personal link and spends at least 10 seconds on it, or via a post link. Repost and verification terms are in the prize-wheel rules at fpshq.com/giveaway/rules/. If a repost is deleted or rejected before the list is frozen, its tickets are cancelled. Tickets for an automatically counted repost are added immediately, or — if the participant has not joined the lottery yet — on their next visit to the site within 7 days (dated the day of the repost).

For a streak of days with a visit ticket: 3 days in a row — +1, 7 days in a row — +3, 14 days in a row — +5, 30 days in a row — +10 tickets. For a “perfect cycle” (visit and repost on 13 different days of one pool): +5 tickets when the list is frozen.

5. Draws and prizes

The grand draw takes place every 2th Sunday at 20:00 Moscow time; the first is on 11.10.2026. The grand prize is 100 USDT on the BEP-20 network (BNB Smart Chain).

On the Sundays between grand draws there are mini draws: 3 FPSHQ Pro prize(s) for 7 days among the current cycle's tickets received before the mini draw is frozen.

A player can win at most one prize per draw. Prizes are not replaced by money in another currency; the Organizer pays the network fee. Any taxes on the prize are paid by the player under the laws of their country.

6. Choosing the winners

24 hours before the draw the pool's ticket list is frozen: a CSV file is created (ticket number and player code, no names or contacts) and its SHA-256 hash (the commit) is published on the draw page and in the Telegram channel @fpshq. At the same time the randomness source is fixed: the number of the public drand beacon round (League of Entropy, quicknet chain) that is the first after the draw time, or the height of a Bitcoin block expected after the draw time (used once confirmed by at least 2 blocks).

The seed is the randomness value of that drand round (SHA-256 of the round's BLS signature) or the hash of that Bitcoin block. The winner's position in the list = SHA-256(seed ‖ commit) modulo N, where N is the number of tickets. Further prizes and reserves use SHA-256(seed ‖ commit ‖ j), j = 1, 2, …; if the position belongs to a player who already won in this draw, the next j is used.

For the grand prize 2 reserve winners are selected the same way. Everything needed for verification (CSV, commit, round or block, signature or block header, formula) is published on the draw page; it can be checked in the browser or independently.

If the randomness source is unavailable at draw time, the draw is completed as soon as the round/block value is obtained; the value itself does not change.

7. Receiving a prize

The winner is notified in Telegram and in their account. Within 14 days they enter a USDT BEP-20 wallet address in their account. To receive the prize the player must be subscribed to @fpshq and follow these rules.

The Organizer checks the win (including for signs of fraud) and sends the transfer manually, usually within 7 business days after the wallet is entered. The transaction hash is published on the draw page.

If no wallet is entered in time or the player declines the prize, it passes to the first reserve winner on the same terms. The Organizer is not responsible for funds lost due to a wrong address or network.

FPSHQ Pro prizes are credited to the winner's account automatically.

8. Abuse prevention

Prohibited: several accounts of one person, using someone else's Telegram, automation (bots, scripts, emulators), fake visits and reposts, deleting counted posts.

The Organizer limits the number of accounts per IP address (no more than 3 in 30 days) and per device, reviews suspicious accounts manually and may void tickets and wins if the rules are broken. Tickets of accounts under review are not included in the frozen list.

A player can appeal a decision by writing to support; we reply within 14 days.

9. Player data

For the Game we process: the site account, the Telegram ID, hashes (not the values) of the IP address and device, repost links, and the winner's wallet address. In the public ticket list a player is identified only by a random player code.

The data is used only to run the Game and prevent fraud and is kept no longer than needed for these purposes and by law.

10. Changes to the rules

The Organizer may change the rules by publishing a new dated version on this page. Changes do not worsen the terms of draws whose list is already frozen.

In short

What is FPSHQ and what data does it run on?

FPSHQ is a games and PC database: 164,683 games with system requirements, 1,965 GPUs and 456 CPUs with performance scores, 165 mobile chips, 49 emulators and an FPS database (measurements: 105 independent measurements and 4,800 rows of aggregated review data; model estimates: 47,950). The single FPSHQ model estimates FPS for any game + GPU + CPU combination at 1080p/1440p/4K; 1,380 users have completed the online PC test. Every number on the pages comes from this database, with an update date and a link to the methodology.

Frequently asked questions

Where does FPSHQ get its data?
From four sources: official developer and Steam system requirements (164,683 games), hardware manufacturers' specifications (1,965 GPUs, 456 CPUs), FPS measurements from reviews, YouTube and players (105 independent measurements and 4,800 rows of aggregated review data), and the FPSHQ model where no measurement exists — always labelled "estimate".
What is the single FPSHQ FPS model?
One algorithm that, from the GPU score, the CPU gaming score and the game's demand, computes FPS at 1080p/1440p/4K on Low–Ultra presets. The same number appears on every page — games, GPUs, comparisons, calculators — and whenever a real measurement exists it takes priority over the estimate.
How often is the data updated?
Games and requirements — daily from Steam; hardware prices — several times a week; new GPUs and CPUs — on announcement day; FPS measurements — continuously as the app submits them; gamer hardware statistics — daily from 1,380 online tests and app data. Every page shows its as-of date.
Can I use FPSHQ data on my own site?
Yes: there is a free "Can it run" widget and a public API with rate limits (the API section), plus a Telegram bot. The data is open under CC BY 4.0 — when using it, credit FPSHQ as the source with a link and date.

Methodology and sources

This page uses the FPSHQ database: the GPU and CPU catalogue with synthetic benchmark scores, official game system requirements, FPS measurements from users of the FPSHQ app and the FPSHQ performance model. Calculated values are estimates, not a measurement of your exact configuration: the real result depends on drivers, settings and the rest of the hardware. More about the methodology →
